That was pretty stupid buying, anyone who knows this stock, could have picked these up slowly under 18c no problem.
Now all the stale holders want to reduce their position hoping to ave down or move on.

It would only make sense if there was a change in news, more likely someone wanted to park some cash in a cash backed co. with huge upside, but could not wait to get in. Anyone that impatient or ignorant will probably sell at bottom impatiently also.

Anyway, just goes to show how fast this will move when we do get some good news.
