I have not followed PLA for a many years and have to say that I was surprised to hear about the administration. Looking on the surface I would say that the administration would have been to do with contractual obligations the company 'needed' to exit.

I met Lewins many times prior to investing and would say he is probably one of the most genuine guys (management) I have met in mining over the last twenty years............................I know you won't agree.

I think you will perhaps find out in time that Soros was behind this and Lewins was the tethered goat.
