The more that comes out the worse it looks.It would have to be a great story to believe there was no knowledge of this deal before the CR.It appears from press reports our 2 major shareholders knew about the deal and approved it well before the public and us "ordinary shareholders" knew.Baker Steele bought a big chunk,easy money for thoses in the know or will ASIC do something about this.

I think ASIC will be forced to look at the whole deal very closely once the major press start asking questions and publishing information and they already have.
