Talk about waiting until the last minute. The postie just delivered my AGM notice.

There are 3 motions:
1. To adopt the Remuneration Report
2. To re-elect Mr John Francis Callanan as a director
3. To re-elect Mr Nick Pitliangos as a director

Although the notice says that the Chairman of the meeting intends to vote all available proxies in favour of each item of business, it is my understanding that the 26+ million shares belonging to the CEO's family trust cannot be voted in favour of the REM as they have in past years.
