If the sp does not rise over the next few months I thinks someone's head has to roll and suspect that may happen with CC. In my eyes management have done less than an average job!"

I agree completely with this! Like bball I bought into Integra with a long term view and thought they had the makings of a multi-bagger. However, Integra, under the current management, have performed very poorly, and most of is due to poor management!

Integra need a professional running the show. CC can be in charge of exploration etc... It's easy to be critical,I know, but surely CC's has had his chance to show his worth. From what I've seen he has under-performed!
