    Excellent point, Mr. Davison. I'm also confused as to why they need another 10.3 million if they supposedly had 17+ million in cash at the end of the March quarter.

    Just called the company to ask if the Quarterly Activities Report for the June quarter will come out before the closing date of the rights offer. Apparently the Company Secretary will "call me back".

    I'd be a little nervous if they decide to withhold the report before the 15th of August, as that would suggest to me that they're burning through cash at a great rate and don't want anyone to know before deciding whether or not to take up the offer. Explains why such a discount, as with risk of massive dilution, it makes it almost impossible for existing shareholders to say no (unless of course they have all the relevant info).

    Really want to see that quarterly...
