Re: Belvedere sale to Vale.

Back in 2010 Vale exercised its right to acquire Aquila's 24.5% share in Belvedere. At that point it is considered sold. The problem to now has been the price, which has taken 2 years of court battles with Vale which AQA have won.

It has been at least 3 months since Vale lost their case
and I think something bigger could be playing out here.
AQA are anticipating to receive around 250M for their share.
