It was interesting to note that a native title claim has recently been lodged in respect to MEP's iron project at Mutooroo. Given the relative proximity to Hawsons, I wouldn't find it all together surprising if the same happened to Hawsons. To date Nick has touted one of the attractive attributes of Hawsons is the fact no native title issues exist. It would be unfortunate if the development process was slowed by yet another distracting factor in a claim being lodged.
