AUT just increased the amount of notes:

"... increased to US$165 million. The Additional Notes are a follow-on offering to the Issuer’s US$200 million aggregate principal amount of 9.875% senior unsecured notes..."

$365m of notes. If AUT is a TXN suitor (and we have been informed that one of them is Aussie), they would have to get their finances in place- not surprising that delays occur with takeovers and other corporate activities. AUT is now officially loaded. They could put TXN in their pocket and have plenty of change.
