livas1 - I like you’re thinking but there some factors that I would consider could change your valuation
First the upfront payment won't be a full payment of the deal price - it will be somewhat less than that in my view and then further payments would be tied to mile stones - the smaller the upfront the greater the overall price is my feel
Also I believe EMS would give some of this money back by way of a capital return, but would keep a healthy amount to pursue other projects which of course in your calculations carry no value – make no mistake if this company can put together a $100,000,000 deal then they would have a LOT of street cred
By the by there are 53 million options and the con notes I believe add about a further 18 million shares if converted - the options alone will put about $2.6 million in the bank if exercised and we have not included West Coast Surgical who I am lead to believe will be profitable by years end
Lastly I would say that we actually have no idea what this is worth as a trade sale – it could be twice that amount – we will just have to wait and see
