I agree that TXN successes are met with a limp market reaction. Perhaps the unique conditions of TXN (possible sale of most assets) could be the factor here, along with general downside sentiment of oilers recently. At least TXN hasn't fallen as far a Range since April (and hopefully for RRS holders it jumps today).
