Don't know whether a project touted as "disastrous" is actually encouraging. That's some cost over run.....food for thought for others contemplating an expensive magnetite mine.
Hopefully CP can work on an infra share arrangement.....help Citic shorten its payback period and improve ROE for BSIOP.
