ok, I'm writing this thinking how I can make up 8 steps.... So ahhhhhh here goes..... So many things need to fit together to have this work out well, there will be hassles.

In a kinda chronological order

Appropriation

financing

appropriation price/legal hassles..final appropriation details... overcome any resentment from locals, protesters will cost atv $$..

Find second hand processing plant

start building everything (i.e. set up supply chains, get workers, equipment, construction goods)

finish building (Building process has many technicalities)

Start the mining process (hope all background work was correct)

pay back financing (i.e. smooth running of mine)

$$ flow to atv

So the 9th step will be getting $$ for gold!!
