    No,JV with Sumitomo does not include Washpool. Washpool is supposedly being sold to an Indian company for ~ 300M but I think that could be dead in the water. However I am thinking that Sumitomo may also be interested in buying Washpool,as they are still keen on more AUS coal assets,so somewhere along the line it should be sold.
