I'd be careful reading too much into Benny Wu's statements at this stage.

From previous announcements the pre-bid purchase agreement Benny entered into with Linyi clearly sets out that Benny can withdraw his shares from the offer if the takeover does not become unconditional.

If this was to occur, and without any offer acceptances from Jindal, this would leave the Linyi takeover dead in the water and any retail shareholders who had already accepted the Linyi offer unable to sell their shares on-market before a subsequent collapse in the share price.

With shares currently trading at around 45c it may in fact be a safer proposition to sell into the market rather than put yourself at the mercy of these three parties.
