Could you possibly expand upon your points for those of us (me included) who are not savvy re the engineering/technical points that you have raised?

Based upon your observations there does seem to be someone prepared to sell near to the 18c range. We can see one at 125,000s at 16.5c, so it may be the bod you mention or someone spooked into selling. Who knows. Either way it looks like the overwhelming majority are sitting tight.
