could someone with a lot more understanding help me here...
if YAL is $1.13 & YALN is $2.60... why wouldnt you sell your YALN shares and put the proceeds into YAL? you'd more than triple your holding in YAL and essentially own the same stock.
what is the extra deemed value in the CVR shares?
i'm certainly missing something here, but would love someone to explain.
many thanks in advance
