One thing the company are going to struggle with here is the Accounting methods of a reverse take-over.

GCN's current issues result around good will. Therefore, how if this company is valued at hundreds of millions, the balance sheet will be loaded to the HILT when it comes to GOOD WILL or Intangibles.
