Malmoe I think you will find with a minimal amount of research that the primary commercial activities of TXN are to explore for oil and develop oil fields.

These activities invariably leads to the sale of said oil once found and extracted and sent off to a willing buyer.

From this one could conceivably draw some form of tenuous connection between the POO and TXN.

Unless of course we are talking about that nice little bear called Winnie the Pooh which would make your initial assertation quite correct.
