TTV has been languishing and needed help for better penetration,joining up with P1 gives it massive exposure.
P1 did not need to avoid listing...this is a win win for all a case of 1+1=3
Its not a case of P1 withdrawing its original deal,but one of considerable expansion and comes with a $15m cap raising.
