In effect, we have had a change at the top. Ian is not hands on in IFE at all, and Wayne Richards is running the show from production to obtaining corporate finance and meeting timetables.
He will report to the board which includes TRF representatives to ensure it's informed on what is going on etc. and to be part of normal board meeting proceedings.
As far as TRF itself is concerned it lost focus due to IF being so involved in IFE, but now with cash behind it, Ian will, and has been concentrating on what he does best, exploring and pegging undervalued mining land.
Ask around the industry like I have, and you won't find too many that don't have a high regard of Ian's experience and capabilities as a manager of exploration activities.
