If it is tax loss selling why is no one willing to buy this "ridiculously cheap" company? just doesn't stop falling...

I think it is likely fear that oil will drop sub $70 thus making the EFS unprofitable, too risky, (according to my previous link) to extract. If you all recall oil has actually fallen quite alot in the past months. There is definitely risk that it will keep falling.

Im considering entering again... Ill wait till I can get in for 38c. We will see over the next 2 weeks or so, DJI sub 12,200, oil sub $75?????? we will see.
