cowboy, it seems you have trouble comprehending a simple statement in English, as does the person who gave you a thumbs up but I suspect they did that simply because you are arguing with me. Anyway, here it is in simple terms and hopefully you get it this time...

What is the significance of the term "earlier of" if it does not indicate the terms for removing the trading halt. Why not just say:

the securities will remain in pre-open until the commencement of normal trading on Monday, 25 June 2012 or when the announcement is released to the market.

What significance does the term "earlier of" have cowboy? In other words:

the securities will remain in pre-open until the earlier of:

1. the commencement of normal trading on Monday, 25 June 2012 or
2. when the announcement is released to the market.

So whichever event occurs earlier, that will be when the trading halt should be lifted.

So do you and Mr Thumbs Up get it now?
