If i held COF i would ring company asap. Introduce yrself as a 'worried shareholder' and ask for CEO. Explain holders have no idea what is situation and whether they should hangon or take tax loss. Suggest COF release an update asap aka many other companies. Give RQL (can't remember company name) as an example.
Insist CEO ringback if you can't get him or make a time to re-ring him.
I'm sure many holders on HC will eagerly anticipate any news from holders who have contacted company. Best of luck.
PS. Remind CEO that holders deserve and require info and that people's savings are at stake. When in Oz i've had good results phoning companies. CFO is next best person to talk to.
