I think that CCL could be at the peak of a 5 wave sequence, so we may very well see under $13 again.
First wave started in december 2010, second in may 2011, third around june 2011, fourth around november 2011, fifth around december 2011 with a peak of june 2012
Monthly difference thats 5, 1, 5, 1, 6.
5yr chart shows this pattern is part of a diagonal triangle on the 5yr chart.
