''The shareholder agreements are finalised and EDC has moved onto incorporation of the JV companies, while at the same time undertaking field reconnaissance program in Peru. Geophysical programs are planned to commence in July/August in Peru. Waiting for the winter to finish in Chile to commence geophysics at Longavi probably in October or November. I expect to get cash from EDC this month.

All is going very well, accept the market.''
