Kosenar,
But still, if the prospects are as good as they say, shouldn't the price be going up? Shouldn't, at least, the management and board be buying, like they were last year?
I really don't understand why the price is going down. We were told in Jan that the reason for the price going down was the 'rebels', who now appear to have departed (at higher prices, it would seem).
Back on 17th August 2011, in the Shareholder Newsletter, John Manusu wrote "Further, the Directors strongly believe in the future of NuSep and have shown their support by actively buying shares on market....". That was back when the shares were around 10c or 12c, not the 3c they are now.
I have to say, coupled with the Auditors/ASIC story and the resignation of a very qualified stock broker and a long serving independent director from the board, this lack of support of the share price by the Directors suggests to me that they know there is something truly wrong with the company. Why have we not really heard so much or had any detailed newsletters, like the Aug 2011 one? Why have we not heard about the money from the options? Has it been paid already? (I hope it has) Where is that Philippines deal at? How close is Singapore to full production? How profitable is the existing (gels) business and how much cash is pouring in to cover the cost of the new investments?
I really hope that it will all work out, but every time I consider buying the price goes down.
Correct me if I am wrong, and Ragingboom, you seem to have a good line in to find out, but if the shares are really good value, wouldn't the board be showing "..their support by actively buying shares on market..." right now at 1/3 of the price they were when they made that statement?
Does anyone know why they are not buying? And why didn't they buy at 9c and 8c and 7c....and 4c and now at 3c? Will they buy at 2c? or 1c? I have noticed the occasional large bid at 0.01c. Is that the level the board would be prepared to buy? Should we all be expecting the price at 0.01c? I hope not.
Please, management/board, come out and tell us what is going on so we can feel comfortable with our investment. And please tell us that your faith is back and that you are actively buying in the market again so the price can go up again.
