Yes it was a rather dismal day wasn't it.

I topped at 56 and the price promptly fell down so I couldn't help myself and got some more at 54.5.

And I would be incredulous if these leases don't sell for a premium.

Eagleford acreages in the oil window with four good wells producing already. Show us the moneeeeyyyyyyy!!!

There are a lot of big onshore US outfits holding large acreage positions in shale plays that are gas producing which they will sit on until the price of dry gas improves.

They will jump at the chance to redeploy a few rigs into an oil play for a few years IMHO. It's just good business sense to do it. And a couple of hundred million is chump change to the US majors.

Good times ahead for TXN holders IMHO
