John & Cliff discussed what would be included in a potential EFS transaction at the AGM.
Short summary = the geology has different levels. See pg 8 of the AGM presentation. Approx sequence (note doesn't apply to all of TXNs acerages but its a good approximation) 3,500 ft Frio 6,500 ft Yegua 7,500 ft Wilcox 9,000 ft Olmos 11,000 ft Austin/EFS 12,500 ft Buda/Edwards 13,300 ft Pearsall
Their comments were basically, as the Buda & Pearsall were largely untested they would include from the the EFS to effectively the centre of the earth if required.
I imagine that if the tax rule allowing breaks on the redeployment of capital is used, it would most likely apply to an entirely new field/ new leases.
