It is carefully worded, but does this seem to suggest that ASIC can see there is a legal case (or at least one that could be made), and by extension what does glean about ASIC's view of the takeover?
Very interesting. I wish all BRM holders who will become WNI every success. I know it has been forced upon you. But I will be watching with great interest to see if there are future developments with ASIC. It's personal. A lot of long termers had been shareholder way before Wah Nam even heard of BRM.
