I beg to disagree ... I'm a long gone ex Coffey employee and now compete in some areas ... and whilst we win some major projects from them we also seek commercial opportunities with them.
I find Coffey Geotechnics and Coffey Information are good competitors ... however I find Cardno Bowler are pretty low brow and only capable of winning projects on price.
Imo, management and staff in both the above Coffey units are good and effective players ... I have work cut out for me to be seen as services supplier/partner material because of some of their traditional ways and traditional thinking.
Their Sydney office is about to relocate into a strong "engineering precinct" in Chatswood and I reckon that is a smart move.
Coffey is a valuable brand with some excellent and committed staff imo.
