Was there actions by the company which were illegal? If so, who was responsible and what are the circumstances? Are there going to be any ongoing consequences from the illegal actions?
Why have we not heard anything from the company about this, except for a letter by the auditors after they had been sacked? Shouldn't the chairman put out a formal explanation for whatever "creating a false market" is? Shouldn't all of the accusations made by the auditor to ASIC be explained to us shareholders? On the face of it, this sounds pretty bad.
