    My assumption

    Step1: Clean out listed investments & franking balances
    Step2: SP fall
    Step3: Largest holder offers to buyout minority holders, ultimately using cash balance in listed company.

    High net worth individuals make money out of the business operations & the deal structures they create.

    We will all be happy to get 10c for OXXCB and 20c OXX.
