YES, YES,YES!!! this is a no brainer fantastic deal guys and what a person to have behind our company former Isoft boss Gary Cohen a REAL IT professional.

The current HYO Chairman and board clearly dont have our best interest at heart KITD are a mess (read there recent announcements) KITD share price in two weeks has gone from$ 8.50 to $3.50 (today )and this pathetic board signed off on the deal for 2 million worthless KITD shares close to 9 bucks a few weeks back they should pull out of this crap deal immediately if they really care about us!

how can you give 2.2 million HYO shares to Votsaris he has ruined our business reduced revenue over the years and lost a hep of money every year under his watch and he want 9% or the deal doesn't go ahead! (how rude!)

Poiner has been there for 5 minutes and is on $450,00 pa with no experience in this sector and he has done bugger all and he wants 700,000 HYO shares? for what? where was the CEO search for his position after Votsaris resigned 3 days before the first transaction announcement?

Please read this and VOTE NO to the KITD deal the HYO board are not acting in the best interest of shareholders just there own and let's get Gary Cohen and the new team on board ASAP and start increasing our share holder value!
