Just note, though, that the ann says "Industrea shareholders will be entitled to receive any net proceeds from the sale above an agreed value."

This suggests that GE gets the bulk of the sale price of IMS as part of the takeover. If the sale price is above that agreed value, we get the extra proceeds.

We won't know what that value is so we just have to wait and see whether they sell IMS and if so, how many cps extra we get (if any).
