Anyone have any update regarding the legal proceedings? The CEO seemed very optimistic to the media a few weeks ago. However, we are still very much in the dark about the duration and current proceeding. Have the Singapore Court even assigned a trial date for our case against Bayan yet? And say if we do lose the case in Singapore can we open a case here in Australia?
