I think the DR put a spanner in their works . Rained on their CR party. So they had an emergecy meeting and put a trading halt on again, which stopped the DRs mass exodus and now its panic buttons to find some good news before the halt is lifted so the SP doesnt slide to 1c. IMHO
The sophisticated investor hold all the aces and the board are left holding jokers.
