My opinion: stay out of anything involving the construction of a port. MMX proved that (got out of that one at a small profit thankfully).
I reckon there project will cost a whole lot more than $6 billion (yes its a JV so $3bn AQA).
The market is taking the warning from RIO/BHP re costs in Australia. This is a major project, cost blow outs galore to come in my opinion.
