If there was a T/O the time premium would go to zero.
Just subtract 10c from the offer price.
16.0c minus 10.0c = 6.0c.
An option is the right to by an ordinary share at a given price, with an expiry date.
So the 10c strike price means you have to pay 10.0c to get one ordinary share.
