In a desperate attempt to by time, a likely scenario is that WNI has been telling the PHA that they will have fully acquired BRM before or by 31/5/2012 and that a plan for funding for infrastructure will rapidly follow suit.
They may say that they are partial to the discussions with QRN but I don't think they can bull sheet the PHA about an imminent iron clad deal with Fortescue like those clowns have been able to get away with for the last couple of years.
I am sure the PHA has given WNI some form of a deadline.
Mr Luk, stump up the cash.
