I would think the va is installed to prevent a creditor pushing
For the backrupcy of the company

If they had given up they would kept going along selling
off what they could at whatever price probably could
have kept going for another 6 to 12 months

The problem is they have no cash

It would take at least weeks to organize a caps raising
In which time the SP would have dropped to 6cents

Anyhow that is just my thought on the information at hand

If the real debt has been hidden from us then we really
Have been posting on false information

To me The VA is the best result as with the market
Dropping over the last couple of days the SP would be
Under 10 cents anyhow

If this takes 6 months to sort out the market hopefully would have
Turned around and the Zinc and copper price would have
Rebounded

Wishful thinking maybe
