One third of NPV approx - but that assumed the project was funded to get that NPV, and now PLA don't need to divert of find management resources. PLA can possibly bridge that extra NPV if the project gets done. I think it is a fair deal. There my be more likelihood of PAN carrying that out than PLA, as they have synergies with Savannah which has skilled people and established infrastructure, port facilities etc.
We always could risk being over-optimistic about PLA's abilities, but then have a project on the shelf for another ten or more years. The NPV on that $5.3m would now be much higher in that case.
So I give it a big thumbs up. PLA can concentrate on Africa.
I bought in again on the news. For better or worse.
