Selling assets to clear debt and relisting seem to be the most obvious outcome for KZL. The question is what will the company be left with? It is very hard to rebuild a growth pipeline when a lot of the assets have been sold (look at OZL - it has taken 3 years and the growth pipeline is still a WIP).
If KZL is left with $100m, no debt and AB, then they have a hope. They would probably need to sell 50% to a JV partner and get the JV partner to fund all the capital with KZL paying for it out of the income stream. It is not a very good business model I must admit.
