Hi all, me again.

Geez this company is an education. OK granted I'm not that experienced, but that's one dense piece of AGM documentation. I'm trying to make sense of it all but it looks like the board is giving themselves the right to issue shares, buy them back, generally make merry and, intruigingly, make political donations. I wonder which election they're interested in, hmmmm?

I defer to the more experienced amongst us, is this normal? It seems like an enormous latitude to me.
