don't worry about power issues, it is a project todate and they will take power issues into consideration during the feasibility study.
I think that the Lao asset might be online a bit earlier than the stated 2014 timeline.
The fact that CYU has solid JV partner is a very encouraging sign - this combined with the impending listing in HK will hopefully increase the interest in this company
