what's with the sudden turn in this stock?, page-13

Personally I believe their technology is worth quite a lot but after Bayan's claims of technical issues and lacking viability of the Tabang plant (despite it was never brought into service after all the considerable modification works) the market does not think great deal of it and I fear they won't be able to prove otherwise before 2014 when another plant can probably be commissioned. Construction time is said to be around 12 months but a coal fines plant has never been built before and it will probably take a couple of months after completion until it runs at nameplate capacity. And as of a conventional BCB plant there still aren't any plans for a new one somewhere else. Until there is a new plant that has been running flawlessly at nameplate capacity for a couple of weeks doubts will unforunately dominate.
