re: Ann: Update on Joint Ventures in Chile an... Check out the quarterly activities report for more detail. In summary, the JV arrangements will be finalised this week, and HRL will be getting cash soon, but the Peruvian projects have 6 month back-out clauses for EDC to get refunded if they don't like what they see. The remaining Chilean project appears to be all systems go though with about $1m cash for this project non-refundable.
