Announcement clearly stated this yesterday:

HRL and EDC are near to finalizing project shareholder and
ancillary agreements for three Joint Venture projects –
Longavi, Quellaapacheta and Chocopata.

and this:

EDC has advised HRL that it will not be proceeding with the
fourth Joint Venture at HRL’s Calerias project in Chile based
on its assessment that exploration results were less
encouraging than it had previously anticipated.

So to me this indicates they are continuing to the next stage of evaluation for 3 of the 4 projects.
