So Ren now has a 77% stake... and according to my really rough calc's and assuming the top 20 holders (excluding Ren) haven't changed since the top holder info on the Co website (as at 10/4/12) the top 20 hold now around 90% of SHD.

How can SHD look for an industry participant to take a major equity stake in the company (today's ann) when there is no major equity stake left?

Do they have to gaffa tape Ren to a chair for a month to make sure he doesn't participate?

If nearology is a guide then with the strong ongoing SP performance of WDR there are good things in store but will SHD be totally controlled by Ren by the time the good times start???? NFI
