The following is A1's company description:
"A1 Investments & Resources Limited (ASX:AYI) commenced business in 2007 under the name of China Century Capital Limited and listed on the Australian Stock Exchange in November 2007. Since commenced business, company had been changing its management style and operations. On 28 August 2011, the board of the company decided to purchase 100 % of Jinji Resources Pty Ltd, and change the company operation style and focus on new investment for the resource sector. A1 will restructure its current portfolio and focus more on the early stage of mining companies in Australia. A1 has access of the first hand information to early stage opportunities where a seed capital investment into early stage mining projects is possible".
Its share price over the last 3 years has been in the order of 4 cents a share and has recently tumbled to 0.9 cents per share. Doesn't inspire much confidence. Haz needs someone with deep pockets to survive.
